Three chapters of the same operational record: what you see, what you can prove, and what you can resolve.
See every location's day without calling anyone.
A dashboard per location and across the company: sales, labor, staff on duty, and alerts — within reach of the owner.
Verify presence with evidence, not assumptions.
Every punch is validated against the location geofence, with a photo and custody acceptance. What remains is provable.
Act on exceptions the moment they happen.
Refunds, voids, cash shortages, and incidents are logged and routed to the right people immediately.

Position is checked against the geofence only at clock-in and clock-out. No background tracking between punches.

Optional POS integrations, in a controlled setup phase. Never a requirement for core features.
Sentinel Tracker works on its own. POS streams (such as Toast) are optional and in a controlled setup phase — not required for any core feature. (Illustrative view.)
One continuous record of who was present, who was responsible, and what happened at every location.
Clock-ins and clock-outs are validated against each location's geofence, with photo verification and break tracking — so attendance is provable, not assumed.
Supervision periods, shift closes, and cash custody are documented as a continuous operational record — giving owners clear visibility into each store.
Refunds, voids, cash shortages, and incidents are logged the moment they happen and routed to the right people — no reconstructing events from memory.
Opening and closing counts, usage logs, and variance reports keep inventory honest across every category and location.
Role-based access and per-location scoping keep each site’s data isolated, so managers, owners, and teams only see what they should.
Four steps turn day-to-day operations into a verifiable record.
Every person is given a role and assigned locations. Every site gets its own geofence, configuration, and billing record.
Punches are validated against the geofence with a photo and custody acceptance, so presence is provable.
Shift closes, incidents, refunds, cash shortages, and inventory counts are logged with their evidence.
Owners can review who was present, who was responsible, and what happened — at every location, at any time.
Each role gets exactly what it needs, and nothing more.
Scenarios Sentinel Tracker is designed to resolve — with real capabilities, not promises.
Custody acceptance and the shift record show who held responsibility at the moment of the shortage.
The close wizard documents sales, cash, and inventory before clock-out, with a reason and manager signature on any edit.
Refunds and voids are logged with their amount, note, and the person recording them, the moment they happen.
Opening and closing counts, usage logs, and threshold alerts explain the variance by category and location.
Roles, geofence, alerts, billing, and timezone are configured per location, from day one.
The operational record answers with evidence: who was present, who was responsible, and what was documented at the time.
Who We Are
Sentinel Tracker is a product of Stratum Operations LLC, developed from real operational experience — the day-to-day reality of shifts, cash drawers, inventory counts, and incident reports in multi-location businesses.
We built it to help multi-location teams document responsibility, protect assets, and improve accountability — not by turning the workplace into constant surveillance, but by creating a verifiable record of what actually happened.
Every feature exists because someone in a real operation needed it: accepting custody at open, closing a shift with evidence, and handing the owner a record they can trust.

Privacy & Trust
Sentinel Tracker verifies what it needs to verify, at the moment it needs to verify it, and goes no further. Your team deserves accountability based on evidence, not permanent monitoring.
Read the Privacy PolicyYour position is checked against the geofence only when you clock in or clock out. There is no background location tracking between punches.
Addresses confirmed through address lookup are verified with coordinates. Manually typed addresses stay marked unverified, and geofencing stays disabled until the address is confirmed.
Access is decided by role and assigned locations. Managers and team members only see the locations they belong to.
Key actions (shift edits, approvals, forced clock-outs) are recorded with the actor, the moment, and the reason, so they can be reviewed.
We publish testimonials only from verified customers who have approved their publication and granted permission for attribution. None have been published yet — and we do not show anonymous reviews, star ratings, or invented metrics.
Direct answers about what is tracked and how.
Clock-in and clock-out punches (geofence-validated, with a photo), breaks, shift closes, incidents, refunds and voids, inventory counts, and audit logs of key actions. It does not track anyone’s location between punches.
No. Your GPS position is checked only when you clock in or clock out, to validate the location’s geofence. The app does not track location in the background between punches.
No. Sentinel Tracker works on its own. POS integrations (such as Toast) are optional, are in a controlled setup phase, and are not required for any core feature, including punches, shift closes, and exception logs.
Every user is assigned a role and specific locations. Owners can see all of their company’s locations; managers and team members only see the locations they are assigned to. Data is scoped per location, and access is role-based.
Addresses confirmed through address lookup are verified with coordinates, and geofencing is enabled. Manually typed addresses stay marked unverified, and geofencing stays disabled for that location until the address is verified.
